A. Length:

① Generally, the length is measured in meters. If there is a special need, it is converted into yards by 0.9144.

② The length of the raw fabric and packaging is determined according to customer requirements, and the length of the finished product (package, roll) is generally determined according to the standard

③ The length of the fixed length packaging is calculated by removing 5 meters from the head and tail of the fabric according to the folding width. Three pages are measured at the top, middle, and bottom, and the measurement results are determined based on the average folding width. The actual total length of each piece of fabric is determined to ensure+2 and -1

The actual total length of the entire batch of fabric shall be calculated according to the standard and shall not have negative numbers

⑤ The raw fabric should be laid at fixed lengths of 80, 100, 120, 150, and 200 meters, with a whole piece rate of over 90%. The assembly rate for pieces shorter than the fixed length of more than 40 meters should not exceed 10%. Grey fabrics shorter than 40 meters are not allowed to leave the factory. ⑥ The actual length of each piece of fabric is marked at both ends

⑦ Drum packaging generally consists of one roll per section and one package per roll, calculated based on actual length
